Long yellow-gold leaves reach upward, outward and back down to the ground creating a dense mound that you will see from across the garden. The edges of the leaves are rippled from the petioles down to a long pointed tip that further adds elegance to the clump. Best color is obtained if the plant gets some late afternoon sun. Pale lavender flowers will contrast perfectly.

(Scheer) Medium-Sized.  Emerges chartreuse with deep red/black petioles, the color extending high into the leaf veins on the undersides. The petioles are long and the leaves do not cover them, showcasing the deep color. As the season progresses, some leaves turn all gold, some leaf centres turn gold and the edges deepen to a lustrous green. Irregular borders are unlike any typical variegation. Shiny, good substance, sun tolerance, good growth rate, flowers deeply coloured and fertile...it creates exciting babies!

‘Funny Mouse’

(Fransen) Mini.  Another new member comes to the “mouse” family from Marco Fransen. H. 'Funny Mouse' is the reverse variegation of H. 'Snow Mouse' so when the plants come back in the spring they will emerge with a clear white (not creamy) border surrounding a blue-green centred leaf and the border will be fairly wide. Great little plant with those perfectly proportioned lavender flowers.
