(Japan) Medium sized species from Japan. The name refers to Mount Kiyosumo, near where it was discovered. Medium green leaves have finely serrated leaf edges which is unusual in this species. Very vigorous and is fertile. Lavender flowers in July.
Still quite rare in the trade.

It makes one stunning clump with heavily rippled, dark green pointed leaves that elongate outward to form an impressive upright clump. Topped in July with 4' tall scapes and tons of light lavender flowers.

(K. Hawks/Bob Solberg 99) Medium-sized, stable streaked/speckled hosta. Butterscotch and grey speckling covers the light green glossy leaves. Leaves are misted with fine white streaks throughout. Leaves vary in their pattern, but the misting is stable and highly inheritable. Dark purple H. yingeri-like flowers. Unique!
